Email support@readywell.shop within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the full price of the items you send back. Send us your order number and we will reply with the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Not arrived: if your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, we will reship it or give you a full refund.

Orders placed before November 2, 2026: anything promised with your order when you bought it, including a lifetime warranty, stays in place. Email us your order number and we will honor it.
